Angelique Fallahi, DMD
Dr. Fallahi is a Baltimore native who returned to the United States in 1994 after living in Iran. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Juniata College in 1999 before graduating from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2003. Following dental school, she joined Carroll County Dental Associates as an associate and became a partner in 2011. Dr. Fallahi is passionate about continuing education and believes lifelong learning is essential to providing exceptional patient care. She particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry and is dedicated to giving back to her community through programs such as Donate Dental Care, Dental Access, and the Carroll Children’s Fund. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and Carroll County Dental Society, where she currently serves as president.
Outside of the office, Dr. Fallahi enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son, and daughter. In her free time, she loves reading, exercising, traveling, painting, and cooking.
Delia Chitimus, DDS
Dr. Chitimus began her dental career in Romania, where she graduated with honors from dental school before moving to the United States to further her education. She earned her second DDS degree Cum Laude from The University of Texas in San Antonio and later completed a one-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Maryland. Dedicated to providing high-quality patient care, Dr. Chitimus stays current with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education courses and active involvement in professional dental organizations. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry. In addition to English, Dr. Chitimus is fluent in Romanian.
Daniel Frank, DMD
Dr. Frank is a Maryland native who earned his Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology and Physiology from the University of Maryland before receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey. As a general dentist, Dr. Frank is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. He has a strong focus on preventive and restorative dentistry and takes pride in helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. Known for his gentle approach and clear communication, Dr. Frank works closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. He is also passionate about continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in dental care to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Frank enjoys spending his free time cooking, bicycling, and playing guitar.
Sandy Wilkerson, RDH
Sandy is a Baltimore native who began her career in dentistry in 1973 as a dental assistant after earning her degree from The Medix School in Towson, Maryland. She later received her degree in dental hygiene from Baltimore City Community College in 1979 and has been dedicated to providing exceptional hygiene care ever since. As a longtime Carroll County resident, Sandy takes pride in serving her community with compassionate, high-quality care. She truly loves what she does and finds helping patients maintain their oral health both meaningful and rewarding.
Outside of the office, Sandy enjoys spending time with her husband, her two grown sons, and her handsome Basset Hound, Rembrandt. A devoted dog lover, she also enjoys cross-training and listening to music.
Angela Arnold, RDH
Angie is a Carroll County native who earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Baltimore City Community College. She has proudly practiced at Carroll County Dental Associates for 30 years, where she is passionate about helping patients improve and maintain their dental health through compassionate, personalized care. Angie is dedicated to creating positive experiences for her patients and takes pride in serving the community she calls home.
Outside of the office, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband and their four handsome and talented boys. In her free time, she loves participating in Bible study, reading, and gardening.
Brittney Barnett, RDH
Brittney was born and raised in Westminster, Maryland, and began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant, gaining eight years of valuable hands-on experience before pursuing her education in dental hygiene in Hagerstown, Maryland. She is passionate about patient care and takes pride in helping others achieve and maintain healthy smiles while serving her local community with compassion and dedication.
Outside of the office, Brittney enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She also loves traveling and creating lasting memories with her family.
Chris Day, RDH
Chris is originally from Howard County and has proudly called Carroll County home since 1993. She earned her Associate of Arts degree from Villa Julie College before completing her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Maryland Dental School. Chris has been a valued member of Carroll County Dental Associates since 2017, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to her patients and helping them maintain healthy smiles.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and daughter. She loves making memories with her family and embracing the beauty of the outdoors whenever she can.
Cathy Hoke, RDH
Cathy was born and raised in Hanover, Pennsylvania, and now resides in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania. She began her dental career in 1987 as a dental assistant before earning her Dental Hygiene degree from Baltimore City Community College in 1996. Cathy first practiced at Carroll County Dental Associates from 1996 to 1999 and was excited to return to her dental home in 2023. With more than 35 years of experience in dentistry, she is passionate about patient education, lifelong learning, and helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. Cathy is committed to staying current with the latest advancements in dental care to provide the highest quality experience for her patients.
Outside of the office, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She also loves gardening, outdoor activities, cooking, baking, and creating diamond art.
